Born in Denizli (Turkey) in 1982, Serdar Daşcı completed his pre-university education in Denizli. He then graduated from Dokuz Eylül University (Izmir) Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Economics (English) in 2005.

Serdar began his career in the banking sector at Eurobank Tekfen in 2005 as a Management Trainee (MT). He continued his career as an independent assistant auditor at Ernst & Young (EY) Audit Company in 2006. Until 2015, Serdar served as a senior audit manager at the same company, primarily in Istanbul and Izmir, as well as other cities.

Serdar worked in various sectors (banking, manufacturing, service, retail, insurance, leasing, etc.) within the scope of International and National Auditing Standards and performed independent external audits of foreign, multinational and local companies.

Between 2015 and 2022, Serdar served as Internal Audit Manager, Senior Financial Affairs Manager, and Senior Group Internal Control Manager at CMS Jant Makine ve Sanayi A.Ş. (CMS Group), one of the world's largest manufacturers supplying OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) such as VW, Mercedes, Toyota, and Audi. Additionally, Serdar was responsible for finance and accounting operations as a member of the Board of Directors of CMS Automotive GmbH in Germany, a division of the CMS Group.

Serdar has significant experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), Capital Markets Board Standards, US and Turkish GAAP, international, internal control, management information systems, financial structuring and local tax, etc.

Serdar Daşcı holds licenses as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Independent Auditor, and Insurance Auditor. With international and national finance, accounting, and operational experience, he has been working at Fidelis since 2025.

Serdar Daşcı, who worked as a visiting IFRS instructor at Dokuz Eylül University between 2012 and 2014, continues his professional life in Izmir and speaks English.
